Blueberry

General information

Founded in October 2007 by Director Rob Walmsley, Blueberry® has evolved into a direct supplier and subcontractor of steel fabrications within the play, sport & leisure industry. We create products such as MUGAs, TeenBunkas, Roundabouts and Swings. We also manufacture fencing and gates all to RoSPA guidelines.
Our strength is our ability to engineer quality, robust products at minimum cost and with minimal environmental impact. We work from a series of tried and tested designs but are also keen offer solutions to bespoke designs.
Previous to Blueberry®, Rob Walmsley entered the Fencing Industry by establishing Mercian Fence Hire (later Mercian Security Fencing) by way of a Princes’ Trust Business loan in 1994. Move onto more recently and we have been a key supplier for the PrimarySpaces initiative, working with partners to create multi-sports areas for primary schools with very little or no outside space for P.E. or sport. We are strong believers in children having a safe and secure environment to play, partake in sport and be physically active.
