We have diversified into our own bespoke developments successfully completing 2 3 bedroom dwellings at Congerstone, Warwickshire with 3 more coming up at Findern, Derbyshire. On the contracting side we are now undertaking projects up to £1 million in value and specialise in all types of grade II listed and conservation works. We use specialist sand cleaning techniques, stone walling and damp proofing treatments keeping us at the top of the industry. We provide bespoke timber work including conservatories and high specification purpose made joinery.

We undertake any work you may require be it a small extension or a complete new build and are happy to assist in any process along the way allocating you the correct support from day one. We offer a complete design and build service that can include the preparation of planning permission and building regulations right through to the finished project.

As a bonafide contractor we carry all the correct company insurances and comply fully with current legislation within the construction industry including health and safety.

We also provide professional advice on any land acquisitions so if you are unsure about any land you own we are able to walk you through all procedures allowing you to achieve your maximum potential.

As a company we appreciate the anxieties and unknowns that come when deciding to appoint a contractor on any level.
