Smart 1 Recruitment Ltd began out of the desire to establish a recruitment agency which focuses on the development of employees and helping clients achieve success, bringing together the human resource management and business development aspects of recruitment. We believe our agency can fill a void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies. We recognise that an organisation's success is dependent upon the people they employ and we want to be able to provide those organisations with "the right tools for the job". We would like to make a difference in our community, providing job seekers with the employment and career development opportunities they seek and businesses with the correct candidates to help them achieve their goals.
This requires a high level of communication. It means asking open-ended questions and listening, not talking. This means knowing the local market so Smart 1 Recruitment can really serve each client and employee, not just "sell" goods. We want to offer a bespoke service, individual to each client.
