Workforce is an award-winning recruitment, training and development specialist with nine offices spread across central England.

Founded in 2003 as eResponse by brothers Paul and Joe Alekna, our journey has seen us grow into a respected UK-wide business and we now employ over 100 people at our branches and training centres.

A trusted partner and employer, we are placed within the UK's top 45 fastest growing, dynamic companies within the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and are ranked at number 31 as one of the UK's best small employers to work for, also by the Sunday Times.

Our team pride themselves on understanding the UK's job market and provide quality, skilled workers to almost 600 businesses, from SMEs to PLCs, and covering a wide spectrum of roles from manual handling right up to executive director level.

Aside from recruitment, we are renowned for delivering nationally-recognised training programmes for businesses and their employees and annually see almost 4,000 people gaining qualifications with the support of our specialist team. Our training offering includes our industry-leading Crowd Safety division and flourishing business apprenticeship programme.
