Athenaeum works both as associates for other training organisations and directly with clients to help them achieve results through people.

We talk to clients about what they want to achieve, research what's happening right now and design a training or learning solution that will close the gap between where they are now and where they want to get to.

Solutions may cover Customer Service, Sales, Negotiation, Coaching and Development, Management or Leadership skills, Training Trainers and Blended Learning design.

We provide one to one coaching and mentoring, specialising in Emotional Intelligence, however we also run workshops and training programmes to create real culture change.
