What will ECKA Tring Karate & Kickboxing teach me?
At the ECKA you will be taught how to punch, kick and block using modern karate and thai techniques. We employ an upright boxing stance, rather than a traditional wider, longer karate stance. You will train left and right sides equally - we do not encourage practicing orthodox or southpaw boxing stances only. As your proficiency increases you will be taught advanced spinning, punching and kicking techniques along with powerful elbow, knee and thai combinations. You will also master self defence techniques including wrist lock, arm locks, take down and thows.
