Overmould Ltd was established in 2003 to provide customers facing challenges in the electronics manufacturing and cable/harness manufacturing sectors with low pressure moulding / overmoulding expertise. Overmould delivers well engineered, specific cost-effective solutions to the increasing number of UK manufacturers facing environmental and competitive challenges. We design and manufacture tooling, prototyping and low, medium and high volume sub-contract manufacturing. The unique benefit of engaging with the overmould team is that we can set up production capability, where you want it. We are Henkel’s “Technomelt” ( Macromelt) UK partner, stocking and supplying tons of material. We are Bühnen UK distributor of “hand gun” applicators for low cost moulding applications. Also we are the European distributors of MoldMan machines, providing sales, service and support on some of the most effective systems on the market today.
