Founded in 1996, Desiccant Dryair Systems Ltd are a UK based premier manufacturer of bespoke & superior quality industrial desiccant dehumidification systems built almost exclusively from stainless steel. Further air conditioning specialities can include indirect & direct evaporative cooling & heating, adiabatic humidification and energy recovery technology. Our skills in design & fabrication with stainless steel have brought us contracts across the globe to design and build dehumidification systems for use in the Armed Forces, Nuclear Industries, Food processing, Pharmaceutical, Motor industries, Timber production, Powder manufacturing and Archival storage.
We have installed machines in many businesses in the UK and are currently manufacturing installations for businesses in Europe, Africa, Australia and the Far East. We have many distributors across the world and currently opening an office in Singapore covering the Pacific rim area with a joint venture manufacturing facility in Asia. Our UK production facility is situated in North West England close to the M6 Motorway. Manchester and Liverpool airports are only an hour away also the docks of Heysham, Liverpool and Hull making it easy to transport our machines swiftly throughout Europe and the rest of the World.
Throughout the entire process, from conception to completion, all our machines are monitored and controlled using systems that conform to ISO 9001:2000. As a valued customer you can have complete trust & confidence that the finished product will be of the highest standard possible. All our fabricators, designers and engineers are qualified to the highest levels. We are meticulous in our employment policies and only use highly trained, qualified and industry experienced staff, this means all our workforce (where relevant) are either CORGI Registered, IEE (17th Edition regulations) qualified, or Coded Welders. It is true to say that in this manufacturing environment we must operate as a team.
We employ our own in-house Technical Development Team, who are responsible for the production of Auto Cad drawings and CNC programs thus ensuring that the finished product is exactly as specified. They are continually striving to find innovative solutions to overcome design issues coupled with the customer's unique dehumidification or air conditioning requirements. This ongoing process has led us to create noteworthy and exclusive dehumidification systems for our customers. Utilising the latest software and design technology means our machines conform to British and European Health & Safety Regulations, and hold a current CE Mark.
Desiccant Dryair provides air quality solutions for companies where dehumidification is an essential and often a critical part of everyday production processes. As part of our extensive skills base and engineering knowledge we can also provide fabrication services alongside the manufacture of our special machines. This can include ductwork, forming, welding (TIG & MIG), industrial gas installation, chilled water & gas pipe manufacture & installation and much more.
