A stylish self contained Bed and Breakfast Self Catering accommodation within the garden of a Victorian town house in uphill Lincoln, with off-road parking. Easily located, just five minutes walk away from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britan's best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The accommodation, which is on ground level, is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely, large, centrally heated room, comfortable King sized bed, fully equipped Kitchen with fridge, Hob, En-suite with Power Shower. Equipment includes: Flat screen TV, Free WiFi access, DVD player with DVD selection, Clock radio, iPod docking station, Hairdryer, Ironing board & iron. Quality towels and bed linen provided. There is also a patio area for guest's use. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm, check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. Self service continental breakfast is provided.
