The Barbell Room is unique - An Urban Gym that provides everything you need, and nothing you don't.
Founded on a passion for weight training in the most functional natural way, we provide a positive, supportive and motivating environment.
No egos - we've created a family atmosphere at The Barbell Room, with a united desire to become the strongest, fittest and healthiest we can be. Improving our confidence and self-esteem, whilst staying humble.
We don't do "catchy named" training programs. Sessions at The Barbell Room concentrate on strength and conditioning. No matter what your reason for training, you will get results.
We train in small groups, which means that we can concentrate on you - getting technique right, and focusing on your needs. All levels of experience are welcome, from total beginners.
