Liverpool Organic Brewery Limited has a simple philosophy enshrined in its maxim "Quality Over Compromise".
By only using certified organic malt and whole hop flowers all brews start with the best ingredients money can buy.
All grain comes from the UK's premier maltster, Warminster Maltings, (the oldest, and one of the few remaining floor maltings in the country).
The situation is similar with Hops - Charles Faram have the best range of the best hops from all over the world.
There is no company accountant looking to cut costs!
