Established in 1984, WHISC's experienced and professional team are able to offer an extensive range of information, support, treatments and guidance services and we guarantee a warm and friendly welcome. Our free and confidential services include a health information drop-in, “listening ear” sessions, support groups, counselling, relaxation classes, pregnancy testing and exercise classes.

Monday
Menopause Support: second Monday of every month 1-3pm
Women’s Health Training Course: (runs twice a year) 10am-2.30pm. Contact us for details.
Yoga for Beginner’s: Back on in January
Women’s Reading Group: Every Monday 3.00-4.15pm
Yoga for Wellbeing: Every Monday 4.30-5.30pm

Late opening* 5-7pm

Tuesday
Relaxation: 3.15-4.15pm (there is a charge of £4 for this class; £3 unwaged or in receipt of benefit. This class is not on Tuesday 29th November)
Back to Life Soul Spa: 5.30-6.30pm

Wednesday
Strength and Sadness: Support Group for anyone with depression or anxiety Last Wednesday of the month 3.30-4.30pm

Tai Chi: Back on in January
Imaginative Self Esteem Booster Class: THREE CLASSES Thursday 1st, 8th and 15th December 11.00 – 12.00pm
Pilates Thursday 12.00 – 1.30pm
FESTIVE CRAFT WORKSHOP ONE-OFF 1.30 – 4.15pm
Group Hypnotherapy/Deep Relaxation: every Thursday 4.30-5.30pm
Belly Dancing: every Thursday up to and including 15th December 6-7pm
Eating Disorder Support Group: first Thursday of every month 6-7pm
