General information

SDA Architecture is an RIBA chartered practice based in Merseyside. Originally formed in 2002, the practice was newly established in 2015 by directors David Doughty, Barrie Rea and Alex Pickard. SDA offers wide-ranging expertise in both residential and commercial projects, from private dwellings to larger scale apartment blocks, leisure facilities and offices.

Our growing portfolio reflects our diversity and commitment to providing progressive contemporary architecture that responds to context and environment. Dedicated to ensuring that the potentially stressful procurement process is a worthwhile and rewarding experience for our clients, we work closely with end users as well as private sector clients to offer maximum efficiency and unique designs that have been tailor-made to suit individual operational needs and aesthetic preferences.

We provide the following architectural services: Feasibility studies; design and space planning; planning applications; Building Control submissions and detailed construction packages; tendering; construction stage services; contract administration.
