General information

West House Orthodontics was established in 1998 as a state of the art specialist practice for the provision of high quality orthodontic treatment. We are the largest provider of orthodontic services on the Wirral, producing over 1100 beautiful smiles a year. Despite the numbers of patients treated in the Practice, each patient is valued and we constantly strive to exceed our patients’ expectations.

Our orthodontists are all fully qualified orthodontists, and are recognised as specialists by the General Dental Council. We have all completed at least three years of post graduate University and Hospital training and have passed Specialist exams set by one of the Royal College of Surgeons as well as completing Masters Degrees in Orthodontics.

We complete hundreds of hours of continuing education every year to ensure we keep up to date with all the recent advances and techniques within the field of Orthodontics. This philosophy of clinical excellence extends to the whole of our team, with all our orthodontic nurses regularly attending training courses. This commitment to training and investment in our staff was recognised last year when our Practice and one of our nurses was selected against stiff competition, to participate in the first orthodontic therapist training course held in the U.K. in conjunction with Leeds University and the Royal College of Surgeons England.

Our surgeries are designed to facilitate the delivery of the finest orthodontics. We constantly strive to improve the environment in which we provide care to our patients with a significant new investment in state of the art digital x-ray equipment and reception area.
