RetailTRUST delivers financial, vocational and emotional support to all involved in the UK retail sector; a helping hand in times of crisis, alleviating distress and stopping people from ‘going under’. It is the RetailTRUST’s aim to provide services which act as a lifeline for those who plan to, currently or once worked in retail.
Our innovative retailRIGHT training programmes develop and train people for retail, working closely with employers to bring young people into the industry through traineeships and apprenticeships. We are looking to address the sector’s future requirements with the soon to be launched Retail Apprenticeship Degree trailblazer.
In times of personal need, the retailHUB team helps anyone connected with retail. Our confidential and trusted support services are free and our advisers are trained to deal with a range of emotional, physical, vocational and financial wellbeing issues.
It has always been important to us to care for those who have served in the industry and through our five nationwide cottageHOMES retirement estates, pressure on institutional care is relieved by offering a new model of supported living.
