Secure Lettings is an independent family run business that has over 10 years experience and prides itself on providing a swift and efficient personal service, to both landlords and tenants.

We do not believe in just sitting behind desks waiting for the phone to ring, instead we specialise in the personal touch. We actively manage our client’s properties 24/7. That means that we will always be there to sort out even the smallest of problems even if they occur in the middle of the night.

We take a proactive approach towards our business so we ensure that letting is as hassle free as it should be to both our landlords and tenants.

For Landlords we offer free no obligation market appraisals of your rental property along with free advice on how to achieve the very best from your investment. We don't charge any set up fees or any hidden costs just 10% full management, we are dedicated solely to lettings, we also can offer a tenant find service which can be an advantage to some landlords, you can be confident that whatever your requirements we will be able to offer an unrivalled level of service.

For Tenants we offer both furnished and unfurnished properties to rent throughout Liverpool and the surrounding areas with a 24 hour maintenance line if any problems occur, we also deal with shared accommodation for students & couples.
