General information
Changos is the result of a hungry hombre’s travels to Mexico, in the hope of bringing back a tasty, healthy, fast food recipe book to the North of England.
Packaged sandwiches and factory butchered ready meals are no longer the way forward. Our aim is to serve home-made, flavoursome and nutritious Mexican cuisine at a great price.
After experimenting with Chipotle chillies, smoked paprika, pinto beans and a whole range of slow cooked meats, we decided that we needed to share our creative taste of Mexico with the streets of Manchester.
By combining the freshest produce from the North of England with Mexico‘s spice and pizzaz, we believe that we have the recipe to excite the taste buds of Manchester. From Burritos to Jarritos, we know that we’re onto a sure fire winner and we know that you will think so too.
