Paul Andrew, Carl Hulme and Derek Charlton came together a number of years ago to buy Oaktree Court. It was originally an old chicken farm, complete with outbuildings, offices and warehouses. Over the years, the property has been tastefully converted into well equipped office accommodation, thus ensuring that their vision of a thriving Wirral business community became a reality.

Trading as Chill 050, Paul, Carl and Derek run Oaktree Court in a way that ensures tenants are treated as respected business guests. They are provided with excellent support, reflected in the conscientious and dedicated team that they've carefully recruited. Nikki and Jill represent every business that operates from Oaktree Court.

The remaining buildings have also been put to good use. A modern livery stable has also been created in one of the old chicken sheds, and the other one is used for storage.
