Gorse Covert Community Centre

General information

Based in the Gorse Covert District Centre, to the north of Loughborough, the Community Centre provides easily accessible modern facilities for a variety of local groups as well as being a venue for meetings, training activities and parties.

ABOUT US:
Established in 1981, Gorse Covert Community Centre is managed by a board of trustees, who along with the centre manager ensure that groups and individuals receive the best service and facilities possible whilst at the community centre.

The Trustees also take note of comments and suggestions from representatives of the community centre's user groups who make up the body known as the Gorse Covert Community Association. The association is registered as a charity and a company limited by guarantee.

Our aim is to provide social, recreational and educational activities in a variety of formats and for a broad spectrum of people.

Staff within the Community centre take on a variety of roles including secretarial and reception, cleaning, catering and security. All members of staff are here to make Gorse Covert Community Centre a place where members of the public and organisations receive first class, professional and enjoyable service.
