As a local, family-owned and independently-run business, we have managed & let student homes in Loughborough for over 20 years. At EcoCare we believe in an honest, down-to-earth & friendly approach, supported by our ever expanding letting expertise and thorough market knowledge to provide today’s students with an eclectic range of desirable homes that satisfy and enhance a contemporary and enjoyable living experience. We are driven by a desire to provide students with a quality home that we ourselves would wish to live in, and an honest & reliable service that we ourselves would want to be treated with.

We are accredited with the East Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme, which is “the first regional accreditation scheme, outside of London, to recognise the abilities of the landlord and not just the property standards” (www.emlas.org.uk)

We provide a broad portfolio of quality student houses, including very large & spacious 6-8 bed homes, as well as newly renovated all-ensuite homes! All our homes are fully furnished, with more and more equipped with premier gas range-cookers, American style fridge-freezers, and high quality furnishings. Located in highly desirable areas within Loughborough, we provide the ideal home whatever your personal preferences.

We are proud of our versatile and flexible approach, offering hassle-free inclusive & exclusive billing packages at highly competitive rates. Our inclusive bills include gas, electricity, water and standard internet broadband.

We strive to present the latest condition of our homes on here through our photos, however the furniture shown may have been changed to something similar or hopefully upgraded. Redecorations may have taken place as well. In the case of vacant rooms that seem to be devoid of furniture, you can be rest assured that it will have already been furnished. We're really sorry if any misunderstandings arise because of this since the very reason for any changes made is intended to enhance your living experience.
