Established in 1990, Factor Design Associates are a small agency based in Loughborough specialising in corporate branding and marketing communications for both business to business and direct to consumer clients.

We like to think we are unique. Why? Because we listen, because we understand but primarily because we ask the difficult questions that ensure a practical solution that actually works in your specific market.

We have a diverse portfolio of clients across many market sectors providing multi-disciplinary design solutions including corporate identity, packaging, advertising, literature, copy writing, print management and web.

Each job treated with equal importance on a completely individual basis. We don’t deal in stock solutions - your company is unique and your design solution should reflect this. All of our work comes from personal recommendation. We don’t advertise and you won’t find us in the phonebook. Once clients find us they tend to stick around and we have built relationships with some that go back to our inception.

We don’t employ account handlers. You speak directly to the people responsible for answering your brief. This way we build relationships and a deeper understanding of your needs. No junior designers, no Chinese whispers, just a completely open dialogue.

We are experienced, diligent and uncomplicated. This means there are less barriers to getting things delivered with less agency baloney.
