JR Personnel is an established East Midlands based recruitment agency, located in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We are privately owned and family run. Having been in business for over 20 years, our experienced consultants ensure you receive the best care and continuity you need, whether you are changing your career or seeking staff.

Our specialism lies in recruiting for all jobs within an office, from reception, admin, secretarial, marketing, accounts, HR, IT through to management, be it on a permanent, temporary or contract basis.

Every candidate we represent has been met and interviewed in depth by one of our consultants. They receive constructive, helpful counselling and their skills and personalities are assessed to ensure we offer an informed choice for each job specification. JR Personnel are proud to be members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). This is a governing body which ensures agencies work to strict laws and legislation. It also enables our consultants to have continual training to ensure our service is even better year on year.

We were delighted to be the eighth agency in the UK to be awarded with the acclaimed REC Audit. The Audit means that JR Personnel has been thoroughly inspected by an independent assessor who has verified we work strictly within the law and according to the REC code of good recruitment practice.
