Eastfield Infants’ and Nursery School is sited on the eastern side of the pleasant market town of Louth. The school enjoys spacious, purpose-built accommodation and is a co-educational 3-7 year old infant and nursery school with, at any given time, approximately 230 pupils in the main school and 78 part-time nursery pupils. There are nine classes in the main school. Lincolnshire LA has adopted the Government’s Policy of no infant class over 30 from September 1999. There are children of varying ability in each class and they may be taught as a class, as a group or individually.
