General information

We are a general law practice which means that we offer a wide range of legal services including buying and selling houses, family law, winding up the estate of someone who has died, powers of attorney and guardianship. We are happy to have an initial meeting with you, free of charge, to give you general advice and to see if we can help you.

We also offer Legal Aid which enables us to provide access to legal advice and representation to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.

Our principal solicitor is Mrs Peigi Robb. She has been a solicitor for more than three decades having served her traineeship in Largs before moving to a large firm in Glasgow and then returning to the Garnock Valley to practise. There are few areas of the law with which she can’t help you but she has particular expertise in property purchases and sales, family law, social work referrals, wills, powers of attorney and guardianship orders. She is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and the Family Law Association.
