It is a gym like no other, CoActive Health offers a unique environment in which to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Only the best equipment will be used, utilising the best programmes and coached by the best coaches, hence CoActive Health is here!

If your serious about a health and fitness goal we provide the ultimate ‘ no excuse‘ environment in which to get you there. We aspire to optimise health, Burn fat, build muscle and improve performance, we don’t exercise at CoActive we Train!
