General information
Henley Literary Festival is established as one of the UK’s biggest book festivals. The 2017 Festival took place between October 2-8 at venues across Henley-on-Thames, with over 150 talks, Q&As, workshops and performances for adults and children. The line-up featured bestselling novelists Paula Hawkins, Roddy Doyle, Katie Fforde, Michael Morpurgo and Joanne Harris alongside speakers from politics, entertainment, sport and more – including Russell Brand, Mary Berry, Phil Tufnell and Chris Patten. Family events included Alison Steadman and Radio 1’s Greg James with their first children’s books, award-winning authors and illustrators Rob Biddulph, Steve Antony and Clare Balding.
The 2018 festival runs from 29th September to 7th October and we'll start announcing our line-up in the Spring – watch this space!
