General information

Most stress is caused by internal reactions to certain situations , people or places. By becoming aware of these internal reactions and where they came from, we can learn to change these reactions and begin to free our bodies/ minds from stress.

As we increase our awareness to our own behaviour we begin to take control of our lives and how we choose to live them.

Today, it is widely accepted that only 5% of our daily actions are 'conscious'. The other 95% of our actions from pre-programmed subconscious 'tapes' mostly set up in the first 6 years of our life.

Once we start exploring these 'tapes', it is fascinating to uncover the beliefs that we hold and how they are holding us back. Once we see that these 'tapes' are outdated we can begin to update our subconscious with beliefs that we choose and behaviours that benefit us now.

The sessions are a mixture of talk and gentle touch to the feet and occasionally the head and torso. The participant remains fully clothed, just removing footwear and socks.
