The Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children and Young People provides short break care to families across the Thames Valley who have a disabled child aged 6 to 25. We are in a great position to be able to support families from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
We accept referrals from other organisations, Social Services, GP's and self referrals from families.
