This Facebook page complements my author's platform at cwejohnson.com and is essentially designed to introduce you to my work and teachings.
My teachings involve the exploration of the totality of your "Self" - the psychological "layers" of your physical being, and the "spiritual" layers of your non-physical being - and how knowing these broader aspects to who you are can open up the possibilities of a more joyful, fulfilling life.
How to live such a life is the subject of a trilogy entitled "It's About You!" - the first book of which is "Know Your Self," published in 2013.
One of the secrets to living a more fulfilling life is to embrace the learning enjoyed by being in a community of like-minded people. This Facebook page is part of the process of establishing such a community - the It's About You! Community.
