Since 2012, Greens core trade is of electrical contracting. We have taken on projects, from dealing with building plan design, becoming involved in planning applications, Building Regs right through to finished project.
The building projects we have taken on have mainly stayed in the domestic area; both planning and electrical contracting has seen us expand out into the commercial, industrial and solar PV sectors
We now also carry out plumbing and heating within both domestic and commercial sectors. Works ranging from full central heating installations to servicing and maintaining gas boilers.
As a collective we have combined extensive experience of working on numerous projects including working for national companies on multiple sites, self builds, kitchen and bathroom fitters, letting agencies, refurbishments, Pubs and restaurants, local builders and not forgetting our cherished local home owners. We offer bespoke design and installation packages for a range of products. We can design systems or work off plan either with a predesigned specification or, like a lot of our clients; we can guide you through with a tailored made installation designed by ourselves. All of which will be integrated seamlessly into your property or work place. We treat all our customers individually and dedicate our services to the needs of each customer, regardless of the size of job.
We currently provide annual service & maintenance for several businesses and homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, East & West Sussex, Wiltshire and London

Heating and Plumbing

At Greens Heating & Plumbing our Gas Safe registered engineers specialise in the installation, service and repair of all boiler makes and models.
If you have a boiler that is at fault and needs a repair and your warranty has expired we can provide a diagnosis and rectification of the fault.
We can provide installation, service and repairs to all manufacturers: works include installing boilers, motors, circuit boards, pumps, condensers, thermostats, fans, valves, and most other mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Our Boilers:
We as a company believe the customer should only have the best available products. We will not choose to install inferior products where they are not required or not been requested. We our fully aware of today’s products and their costs and would only advise products in line with your budget, and suitability.

PLEASE NOTE: We are Vaillant approved installers and can provide warranties up to 10 years on selected Vaillant boilers

Whether it is a new bespoke heating system, upgrade or replacement of an existing appliance, we can a provide advice and suitability on any type of boiler, heating system and related pipe work. This will then give you correct information for your requirements.
Within our scope we can install service and maintain most gas fired appliances - excluding heavy industrial installations.

Plumbing:
We provide a complete installation and maintance of all wet appliances and pipe work, ranging from central heating systems, domestic hot and cold water supplies and commercial hot and cold water systems.
We will work alongside you during your kitchen and bathroom make over and we can fit and advise on any type combination, Y-plan or S-Plan systems and under floor heating.
We can install all 1st and 2nd fix to all kitchens & bathrooms no matter the complexity of what is required. If you are looking for the designer look and would like advice on how to achieve this we are more than happy to discuss and plan your dream bathroom or kitchen.

Reactive Maintenance:
We understand from time to time things can go wrong. Whether leaky tap or burst pipes. As part of the service, we can provide call outs. We can always cater for the service you require.

All gas appliances should be serviced and safety checked every twelve months. Landlords, however, are under a legal obligation to have this servicing carried out under the 1998 Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.

Electrical:
Greens Electrical are a NICEIC approved contractor as well as domestic installers. Our registered engineers specialise in the installation, service and repair of all electrical installations.
We can provide site tailored design consultation on your requirements to ensure our customers are correctly informed as well as recommended to suitable products.
All our lighting systems and fittings are always LED energy efficient, unless otherwise agreed. This enables you to guarantee the best way to maximise the efficiency within your home, office or shop floor.
We can specialise in LED lighting design and installation, to give your property or work place that extra wow factor of which can be achieved with LED lighting.
Working with manufacturers such as Rako, Lutron and Lightwave installing lighting controls plus many other possibilities from your smart phone or tablet has now become a must for some people.
As in a lot of cases we are seeing people move more towards automation/monitoring when comes to lighting, heating and equipment. We have experience in dealing with such controls and can guide you through which bit of smart technology would be best suit.

As a company we always try to install the best technology available. Most recent is our smart electric heating systems. Gone are large, ugly, inefficient night storage heaters. We now recommend smaller, smarter easy to control heaters of which save you money.
