Benjamin Fitzpatrick has been established in its present format since 1999 although derives its history from companies going back as far as the 1950’s, originally being a solely diverse commercial and Industrial practice but entering the Residential market in 2004, and quickly establishing itself as market leaders in the Brighouse area being at the forefront of software enhanced estate agency and property management.

We are able to offer a range of services from residential sales, residential lettings, administration of apartment block management, commercial and Industrial sales, lettings and management of factories, shops & offices, development advice, rent review negotiations, schedules of condition & dilapidations, rating appeals, valuations, mortgage & insurance brokerage & general advice.

We have a town centre location sited on the corner opposite Wilkinson's Car Park which offers 2 hours free parking. We have disabled access and boast one of the largest showrooms in the town with a professional light up display unit in our front window.
