Raj Pavilion has a friendly, lively atmosphere and lives up to its reputation for great Indian cuisine cooked with passion and skill.

The diverse and extensive menu will appeal to all tastes, whether it be milder dishes for the uninitiated or fiery hot choices for curry connoisseurs.

There is a range of vegetarian starters such as vegetable kofta, aloo chaat, vegetable samosa and onion bhajis.

Raj Pavilion has an extensive menu of mouth-watering main courses. Diners can choose from a vast selection including classics such as biriyani, which is made with a mixture of spices cooked with basmati rice and served with a medium vegetable curry sauce.

Other popular choices include tandoori dishes such as chicken, lamb or fish tikka, zalfrezi, bhuna, rogan, tandoori masala, dhansaak, dupiaza, kashmir, korma, madras and vindaloo.

Do you prefer a hot dish? If so, look no further than Raj Pavilion’s garlic chilli korai. This dish is cooked with fresh slices of garlic, fried in pure ghee, with spices and herbs, fresh coriander, chopped green chillies and spring onions.

There are a variety of house specials available too, with delicious choices such as duck goan shank, plumb chicken, shatkora chicken or lamb, or tandoori extravaganza – a mixture of tandooris cooked with onions, chef’s special sauce, garlic, coriander and served in a sizzling hot plate. As well as the main dishes, Raj Pavilion also has many side dishes to choose from. Bhajis, aloo gobi, poppadoms, pickle trays and a variety of naan breads are on the menu along with a selection of different rice dishes to accompany your meal.
