It provides you with all the knowledge you need to make informed decisions regarding your pregnancy and birth, leaving you in control. You will be taught simple breathing techniques, relaxation and gentle massage. These release fear and build your confidence so that you enjoy your pregnancy and look forward to your birth. Hypnobirthing promotes a positive birth experience for you, your partner and your baby by enabling you to work with your body in a totally natural way.

My name is Christine and I formerly worked as a midwife with the local Trust. I use all my skills and knowledge gained as a midwife and hypnobirthing teacher to ensure that I provide the very best and most current information regarding pregnancy and birth. I passionately believe that all women should experience the best possible birth for them and that preparation is the key to success.

I was trained by Katherine Graves of the Hypnobirthing Centre. Katherine's approach is flexible, gentle and holistic. The course is designed to meet the needs of women in the U.K and is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
