Welcome to Giggs and Company, a new style of Estate Agency.

Founder Matt Giggs is a ‘true local’, born and bred in St Neots and has over 17 years of experience selling property in the area. He knows what is required to deliver an efficient and personal service to help vendors and buyers.

Giggs & Company adopts a no-nonsense approach as he feels he can provide what a customer actually desires when entering into this huge emotional and financial process.
We believe that clients looking to sell do not require the `fluff` or `flannel` of an inexperienced advisor or unprepared agent. Giggs&Co feels that vendors require facts; honesty and marketing strategies that help achieve the best possible price and meet the needs they desire.
