Mindful Mamma supports women and their partners on their parenting journey from conception right through to beyond birth.

The class we run is the original one day mindful hypnobirthing class and the only class to integrate mindfulness. It supports the No 1 Bestselling book 'Mindful Hypnobirthing' and sells a series of downloads for pregnancy, birth and beyond (available on iTunes and our website). Thousands of people have been through our programme and love it for it's simplicity and the fact that it works!

The class explores how our body and mind work with or against each other during birth. There is a set of simple techniques to use during pregnancy, birth and into parenthood that will give you the confidence to birth and parent the way you want with - an online resources to support you. Mums who birth using our techniques say that the class definitely helped them have a positive experience and that they continued to use Mindful Mamma mindfulness and hypnosis techniques after baby is born.

There is a section for the partner too, not just the practical stuff you may learn in other classes but we really focus on how they can make a difference through how they think and respond to you during birth and as a partner. The sets the partner up brilliantly for parenthood.
