Established since 1936 we are a dynamic firm of solicitors and estate agents with a proud reputation for high quality service.

Our main office is at 72/74 Main Street, Largs, Scotland where solicitors Fergus Duncan and Robin Mactaggart are based along with their team of paralegals and support staff.

Our estate agency office is at 75 Main Street, Largs. We were one of the first firms in Scotland to set up an estate agency service. The firm is also an agent for The Scottish Building Society, a service available from our estate agency office.

The firm has been associated with the Isle of Islay from inception and more recently has developed connections in Glasgow, London and Geneva. The firm has a large number of clients outwith the Largs area and the solicitors are willing to travel to meet clients as required.

The firm undertakes a wide range of legal work. In particular we specialise in all aspects of land and property law including conveyancing, leasing, planning and development, securities and mortgages, farming and estate work and environmental issues, succession and inheritance law, trusts and executries, taxation, commercial and company law.
