Emotional Freedom Therapy is a mind body therapy, effectively combining traditional talk therapy with the ancient wisdom of acupuncture without the needles. I work with clients including children with a vast range of both emotional and physical problems, but particularly enjoy combining EFT with my experience of human resources which enables me to specialise in areas such as stress, anxiety, depression, workplace and school bullying, interview or exam fear, public speaking, self image, low self esteem and business performance.
