General information
The Jolly Drayman is a country pub in the heart of town.
Known by locals as the "Coke Oven" and previously the Druid's Head from 1843 - 1879, the Drayman is a comfortable and traditional ale house, steeped in history and beloved by generations of locals.
Originally the brewery tap for the Wellington Brewery there has been beer flowing from the location for over 150 years and prides itself on the standard and variety of real ales on tap.
