Formed in 2010, we are a construction company that offers a fresh and forward thinking approach to all projects undertaken.

Our strength is developing excellent client relationships from project award to handover, to develop open and honest relationships, and to provide work of a high standard culminating in our aim of securing repeat business with our portfolio of clients.

JemBuild was formed due to the requirement for a small-medium sized, multi-disciplined commercial construction company in the Lincolnshire region that can offer the level of professionalism, safety, service, quality and commitment that perhaps some believe only a major contractor could offer.

From an initial turnover of £350k during the first year of trading increasing to £2million in year two the company continues to buck the current economic trend and grow steadily with turnover in year three rising to £3.6 million. Planned turnover in year four is £5million.

Our key clients include Associated British Ports, e-factor, Franklin College, Hodson Architects, Humberside Airport, Humberston Park School, Leeds City Council, North East Lincolnshire Council and the Grimsby Institute.

We believe we are a company that can not only compete with larger contractors on every level, but can offer a superior service. This is achieved principally through our experienced personnel, the systems employed, a committed attitude to improve what we do and the bespoke service we offer.
