Concept & Interior Design
We provide a full design and build solution for our clients, as well as offering a stand alone design service. We produce conceptual designs through to full construction drawing packages, including all detailing, mechanical and electrical layouts, general arrangement plans, reflected ceiling layouts and finishes schedules. Our designers are dedicated to the project through to completion issuing drawing revisions as required and producing detailed “as built” drawings. Our attention to detail when it comes to interior design is unrivalled and we will work tirelessly with you to make sure we achieve the finished product you dreamed of when you began your residential refurbishment project.

Construction & Implementation Services
As a design and build specialist we have our own dedicated site teams, consisting of builders, decorators, carpenters, electricians and plumbers. We also undertake air conditioning installations and mechanical works. We provide full certification on all completed works, including electrical certification, gas safe certification and building control completion certificates. We also work closely with other external designers, architects and consultants.

Contract Administration
We are able to offer a Contract Administration role for our clients if required, including drawing up contracts, appointment of contractors, dealing with valuations and payments and managing the contract to ensure a successful project.

Estimating
We have a dedicated estimating department who can produce budgets or a fully costed scope of works document. Using all their experience our estimators work closely with our designers and clients to cost engineer project designs to suit our client’s budgetary requirements. Our aim is to provide cost certainty for our clients from the outset by producing detailed costed documentation.

Planning & Advisory Service
We can Prepare and submit plans for local authority planning applications. We offer an advisory service for our clients through the planning application and approval process on all types of refurbishment or building projects liaising with all the local authorities, listed building consents and English Heritage.

Planning & Building Control Approvals
As part of our services we take care of all Building Control issues. From appointment of a Building Control company (if required) or dealing with local authority building control officers, including planned site inspections, plan checks and building control sign off and certification ensuring that all our works are fully compliant. ensuring that all our works are fully compliant.

Project Management
Our highly experienced Project Managers work closely with our clients through the design stage of the project through to completion. Our Project Managers ensure that our clients needs are met on all levels, ensuring that projects are complete on time and within budget. We ensure that all the client’s equipment / furniture suppliers or nominated contractors are fully coordinated and managed within the overall programme.

Site Surveys & Space planning
We undertake site surveys as part of our service in order to produce accurate drawings. Our designers can space plan all the client’s furniture to ensure that the designs are efficient and make the most of the space available whilst creating a perfect living environment.
