General information

Holme Farm is a small farm run by the Crosse family. We have been rearing Christmas Turkeys since 1964.

Holme Farm turkeys are fed a natural cereal diet, with no antibiotics or growth promoters. They are slowly matured for up to twice as long as standard turkeys; resulting in a Turkey of the highest quality, finish, flavour and texture. Our birds live in natural conditions and have plenty of space to allow them to move freely; meadows and barns with natural light and ventilation.

Holme Farm Turkeys are part of the ‘Totally Traditional Turkey Association’. Totally Traditional Turkeys are produced solely on selected UK farms and naturally reared on local feed. Our turkeys are grown to full maturity and to the highest welfare standards, dry plucked and game hung for at least seven days, according to tradition. Totally Traditional Turkeys are the only turkeys with the EU ‘Traditional Speciality Guarantee’ of old-fashioned flavour and quality
