General information

We are members of The Chinese Internal Arts Association run by Karel and Eva Koskuba 20th generation Chen style teachers under Master Chen Xiaowang 19th standard bearer of the Chen family.

The benefits of Tai Chi are well known—they include improved posture, mobility, relaxation, breathing and circulation.

Beginners & seniors – Shefford:
Sunday:
Beginners: 6.30 - 8.00pm at £7
Seniors: 6.30 - 9.00pm at £10
Beginners: Laojia form
Seniors: Laojia, also Broadsword and Xinjia as appropriate
