Active Birth pregnancy Yoga Classes
Relaxing classes for pregnant women which combine gentle yoga poses with antenatal information, breathing and visualisation.We cover Optimal Foetal Positioning, good birthing positions and pain relief. Birth preparation classes which will help you to take control and approach the birth of your baby with calmness and confidence.
Classes run weekly throughout the year on Wednesday evenings.6.30-8pm and 7.30-9pm £10 per class or buy a block of 11 for £100.
You are welcome to join after week 13 of pregnancy.

Active Birth - Birth Preparation Workshops/Second baby refresher
These workshops focus on the natural process of birth and what happens to your body and your baby.
- Birthing positions
- How to work together as a couple
- The role of Dad's during labour
- Massage for before and during labour.

The Workshops are run throughout the year and can be run on request and tailored to the needs of the individual couple.

Baby Massage
Lovely classes for mums and babies (or Dad's or Grandparents!) Enjoy some special quality time with your baby learning a massage routine with many positive benefits including
- increased confidence in mums and babies
- relief from wind and colic
- boosts resistance to infection
- calms and relaxes
- good for post natal depression
£45 for a 6 week course, course starting throughout the year.
Private classes for groups of friends or antenatal groups can be provided.
