With 30 years combined recruitment experience in the local areas of Herts, Beds & Bucks- as well as across the UK, Ireland & Australia -dealing with large blue chip companies & small, medium enterprises alike, we dedicate our time in getting to know & understand the needs of our clients & candidates to ensure we get it right first time. We are passionate about recruitment & motivated by the success of the right introduction first time.

We do not believe in simply sending CVs -we appreciate our clients are busy running their businesses & do not want to take time out to read through 100s of inappropriate CVs– that’s our job. We do the leg work–we resource the right people, we interview face to face, we assess the candidates skills set & Eligibility to Work in the UK & only when we know we have the right match will we present the top 3 candidates to our client.
