What We Do

Hi there, welcome to Ashcott Appliances Online. Firstly, thank you for coming by and we really hope we can provide you with everything you need. We sell kitchen appliances. But not in the usual big name way. We offer you a personal sevice from our family run business in a true, friendly, South West fashion.

How It All Started

It all began around 15 years ago when the Boxell's moved to Somerset after escaping the rat race. Head of the house, Michael Boxell has been dealing in kitchen appliances for over 20 years and wanted to offer that to Somerset.

So opened a shop and warehouse in Ashcott. A small village between Street and Bridgwater. With the huge benifit of being on the A39 and some simple advertising, 15 years later, here we are. We run a succesful shop and delivery services, but 'times they are a changin' and here is the result.

The same friendly family service, quality products, flexable and professional delivery, but all available at the click of a button.

Where We Plan To Go

We plan to build the same repuation online as we have in our shop. Over 70% of our work is through word of mouth and we have barely ever advertised outside of the signs on our shop. As we spead our services and products we want to expand to the entire South West and eventually go national. But keeping the family feel at the heart of our business.
