General information
Woodchester Valley Village, at Inchbrook near Stroud in Gloucestershire, is a purpose built village for the over 60s.
Residents own their own homes and live independently, but with the knowledge that help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In November 2014 the leaseholders formed their own not for profit company and bought the freehold of the village.
Woodchester Valley Village is now run on behalf of the residents, every one of whom has an equal say in how the village is run and their funds are spent.
