General information

Having worked in the accounting field for over 15 years both as a practice accountant and as Financial Director to small and medium sized owner managed companies I decided to take the leap in 2012 to start my own accountancy practice.
I started the company with a view to creating a forward thinking accountancy practice that looks to provide a different type of service to the rest of the market. Most accountants will see you a couple of times a year at best, prepare you a set of accounts, briefly go through the numbers and then finish up by telling you how much tax you have to pay. This is usually followed by an envelope full of paperwork, an invoice and a covering letter basically saying thank you, see you next year.

We look at things a little differently. We know different people want different things from their businesses so our intent is to work closely with you to understand both you and your business as fully as possible. We want to not only understand your businesses but your goals, intentions and aspirations for the future. Do you plan on building a saleable entity as quickly as possible or building a lifestyle business that will fit around you and your family until retirement beckons?
We do this by providing a fixed price package of services that includes regular accounting information and business review meetings. But we also want to get to know you, we will also do our best to be available to our clients whether that be on the phone, via email or if you want to stop by the office for a coffee.

The accountants who want to be involved in client businesses and be considered part of the team within the client organisation are few and far between. We believe we stand out in the market place by providing this service in a hands on and personable manner. We will always have time for your questions and to assist you in making strategic and financial decisions where and when necessary. We are not tied to standard office hours and will make ourselves available both evenings and weekends where necessary. As our services is offered at a fixed price this level of access and service will come with no unexpected large bills.
