Experience a Juice detox staying in our lovely retreat house overlooking Painswick. Our retreat runs Saturday to Friday with daily fresh organic juices, yoga or fitness/walking and a range of wonderful relaxing treatments that you can choose from during your stay.
Run by Helen, a Dr Morse Level I and II Detoxification Specialist with Dr Morse herb sales.
We offer both residential and non-residential stays.
A juice retreat is a great way of allowing your body to detox, as your body can put it's energy into cleansing rather than digesting and assimilating food. Being residential you can be away from the normal temptations and distractions, and be with a group of guests who are juice detoxing together. You will lose weight and feel so much healthier by the end of your stay. We look forward to meeting you soon.
