Hello, my name is Anita Costello and I offer Pain & Stress Relief in Bury St Edmunds. I am passionate about helping people achieve their health goals and use my therapies as a way to make people feel better, faster. With a sporting background, I understand the frustration of not being able to achieve all that you want to - whether that's training, work or sports - if your're limited by an injury. Helping people get back on track is what I do best.

Complementary therapies helped me regain my health from a debilitating illness 18 years ago and this prompted me to become a therapist.

I am fully qualified in Bowen, Reiki, Hopi Candles therapy, Indian Head and Holistic Facial massage. Qualified as a Bowen Therapist since 2001, my ongoing training includes specialist Sports Injury and Cerebral Palsy/Autistic treatment and Back Pain.

I am a member of BTPA (Bowen Therapist Professional Association). BTPA provides standards of professional excellence and a code of practice for the protection and benefit of the public and members. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healcare Council. CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practioners and I am bound by their Code of Ethics. My approach is client centered and my aim is to restore and maintain your health and well being and alieviate back pain.
