Additionally, all our property is proactively marketed from our long established and well positioned Burgess Hill office.

Advertising/Internet marketing:

We aim to give all our properties the highest profile advertising available. Consequently we advertise in the front four pages of the ‘Mid Sussex Property’ newspaper with an additional page for lettings. The internet is the most important source of information for buyers seeking their potential home and your property will be placed onto our own website, psphomes.co.uk, as well as a host of leading national websites including Rightmove, Primelocation, Findaproperty, Zoopla, Globrix, Thinkproperty, and Propertyindex. In addition to this advertising we email & post full details to each potential purchaser informing them of the property we have available. As well as our extensive advertising we are constantly telephoning potential purchasers regarding any properties that may be of interest to them.

Brochures/Photographs:

Presentation is of the utmost importance therefore we use high quality paper incorporating high-resolution digital photographs. Our details reflect an accurate description of the property and its location aimed to attract the attention of any potential purchasers and encourage them to arrange appointments to view. They also include highly informative floor plans, measurements and maps. We take a range of internal & garden photos to promote the properties to highest of standards.

Viewings:

We are able to accompany all viewings within opening hours, to suit your own personal requirements.
